Terms of Service

KartaCash lets you sell unused gift cards. You choose a card and face value, see a payout quote, submit the card credentials, and receive the payout through the method you select once the card has been verified.

KartaCash is not a bank, a money transmitter for third parties, or an investment service. We buy gift card balances from you at the quoted rate.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You do not need to create an account or verify your identity to sell a card. We identify orders by the email address you provide and verify it with a one-time code.

By submitting a card you confirm that:

• you are the lawful owner of the card, or are authorised by the owner to sell it;
• the card was obtained legally, and was not stolen, bought with stolen payment details, or obtained through fraud, scams, or coercion;
• the balance has not been used, and you will not use, share, or resell it after submission.

We do not accept stolen or fraudulently obtained cards. We may refuse, hold, or cancel any order we reasonably believe breaks these rules, and we may cooperate with card issuers and law enforcement where required.

Quotes on the site update while you are choosing a card. The rate locks when you continue to card submission; you then have 5 minutes to submit the card, after which a new quote is needed. Once the card is submitted the payout does not change, as long as the card is valid and matches what you declared.

Cards in other currencies are converted to US dollars at the exchange rate shown on the desk. For crypto payouts, the coin price is locked together with the rate; USDT and USDC are paid 1:1 with the US dollar. Price movements after that moment do not change your payout, in either direction.

If the verified balance, region, or card type differs from what you submitted, the order may be re-quoted for the verified value or cancelled. We will tell you on the order's tracking page before taking either step.

Every card is reviewed before payout. We may ask for additional information on the order's tracking page when review requires it, for example a clearer photo of the card or the receipt. We only ask when it is needed to verify the card.

If a card turns out to be invalid, already redeemed, or not as described, no payout is made for that card. Because gift card balances can be spent instantly, we cannot return a submitted code in its original state.

After verification the payout is sent to the destination you entered (wallet address, PayPal account, or bank account by IBAN). Bank transfers are paid in euros over SEPA; PayPal in US dollars or euros, as you choose. Estimated times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees.

Check your payout details carefully. Cryptocurrency transfers cannot be reversed, and each coin is sent only on the network you selected (for example TRC20 or BEP20). We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address, account, or network that you provided. Where a network fee applies, it is shown before you continue and deducted from the payout.

If a payout is delayed beyond the payment window shown on your order, the order is marked as delayed and remains on record. The submitted card stays with the order, and you can contact us at support@kartacash.com.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the payout amount quoted for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by card issuers, payment networks, blockchains, or events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one published when the order was submitted. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
